Emails doesn't arrive to my inbox

Hello, since a few days ago, emails stopped showing up in my Zoho inbox, just for one of my accounts. When I send a test email from gmail, it directly gets redirected to the redirect email I have set, but it doesn't show up in the zoho inbox.

Any fix?
