Emails from CRM going to Outlook prompt annoying message to recipient
Hi,
I would like to send emails from Zoho CRM, but when the sent message is opened in Microsoft Outlook, this message appears, probably because of the tiny invisible image that has to be downloaded for the email tracking feature in CRM.
Is there a way to keep the email tracking in CRM, but prevent this annoying message from appearing? Almost all my customers use Outlook, so I don't want this message to make me appear like a spammer.
