We set up zoho to handle email for our site envision-boards.com. I've set it up correctly (as far as I can tell) and there doesn't seem to be a problem sending email to and from other addresses using either a browser, email client or app.
But
I've just noticed that a plugin we installed on a separate site www.posthypnoticpress.com, which is on the same bluehost package, will not send to the envision-boards email addresses. It's a plugin designed to send greeting cards. Tests work when sending to other addresses but not the envision-boards ones.
I'm not sure what I'm missing here.
