Im using a forum software called Xenforo. Everytime a user registers on the forum, it sends them an email making sure they aren't a bot. The email im using is support@mcbattlegrounds.org (Hosted by Zoho) I've setup everything Zoho requires on my domain. I even contacted my host that hosts my website.

Here's what they said

If you are still using Zoho for your email host you will need to update your settings in your Xenforo installation to match theirs. For further inquiries regarding this issue, you will need to contact Zoho your email provider.

I've done what they asked and made sure I was using the right email for the default xenforo installation.

So that led me to here.
