Emails Going to Spam Folders

Hi, has anyone created an email template and tested it on a few prospects/clients only to find that all emails go into junk folders? I sent several attempts even to myself and they all land in my junk folder. Not great if you are trying to mail prospects. Also there is a pretty long delay before they go out. Could it be that they come from out of country? Any suggestions for this?
