Hello

When I logged into my Zoho account this morning I found that all messages in my inbox received after 24th July have disappeared.  The same for messages in my sent folder.  Messages in other folders, Notifications and Newsletters are not affected so far.

I haven't deleted them.  They are not in spam.  They were there, then they weren't.

Please can you restore them.  I sent a message to support about 5 hours ago but no reply so far.
