Emails - just list all together NOT Emails Sent form CRM/ Zoho shared users

Emails - just list all together NOT Emails Sent form CRM/ Zoho shared users

We have to click on each user or click back to sent from CMR. All emails sent to that client should list there and not separately.  I have to look through each user or the Sent from CRM area to make sure I am not duplication an email taht was sent out of the CRM or by another user.
You could still use the sent by column to separate these but All emails should list as one list not separate lists.
