The past few days i noticed that emails in my drafts folder have disappeared save only for 2. I thought that was weird, until i checked my sent folder, all messages before aug 12 no longer exist. No i did not delete them, i have been with zoho for the past two years.

i checked my inbox, the same problem. emails before aug 12, all gone. my emails are ALL business critical. some people i haven't responded to, now i can't find the email. some emails i responded to and need to follow up, i can't find the email anymore. even my trashfolder, the icon says 106 emails, but when i check it only 6 are showing. . i am panicking right now. 

i have searched all my folders and guess what, ALL my folders are saying, no emails can be found in this folder which is not true because those folders had emails in them. the folders were created to file away some emails and now those emails have disappeared. like someone went in and deleted them. nothing is there. the emails have simply vanished. i checked on the phone if i could find them, nothing too, i am getting a server error 7009, what ever that means. 

can you please get me my emails back, because i will be in a real mess if i can't get access to these emails. this is very URGENT please
