Emails not attaching to contacts
I have been using Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail in conjunction with Google Apps for a little more than six months. I have used inboxes in gmail, CRM and Mail with no issues. About 4 days ago all emails stopped associating with contact records. I made no changes that I am aware of.
Emails continue to flow into all the inboxes but are not associating to contacts. What can I do to fix this?
