Emails not being received

Emails not being received

Several people are having trouble emailing me to my Zoho account. 

I'm trying to run a business on your email platform, and I'm finding several clients are getting error messages when they try to reply to the email I sent them from my Zoho account.

Here's a copy of the error message I've been forwarded by one of them:
