Emails not downloading to Outlook, send items working fine

Hi Zoho,

The online account of Zoho is working fine, but then the same emails are not getting downloaded to my Outlook setup. The emails were working fine a few days ago, but now they are not getting downloaded. The emails are being sent successfully from Outlook, but not being received in the Outlook inbox (the emails are being received in Zoho online)

Please help as to what needs to be done to clear this. The error message shown is:

Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC90) : 'Your incoming (POP3) e-mail server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).  The server responded: style=3D'text-align:center'><span ='
