Email are not get received. And error at sender end is:

550 Please turn on SMTP Authentication in your mail client.

My Domain is janelaaj.clinic.
mx value is configured as instructed by zoho documentation.
I don't know why I cant get an email. No problem is sending mail.
Problem is at receiving end when I send mail from my alternative account its not get received in my account and I get error in sending mail to configured users accounts.
