Emails not getting delivered, seems like Zoho is blocked by that server

Emails returning undelivered, received the below bounce back message for the email

"ERROR_CODE :554, ERROR_CODE :5.7.1 The client IP was present in the following DNSBL: dnsbl.sorbs.net

Received:from [192.168.1.103] (117.201.117.209 [117.201.117.209]) by mx.zohomail.com"
