Emails not reaching Desk/Support Tool
I haven't been receiving emails all weekend into the DESK tool. I checked my inbox and it looks like they are being denied somewhere. Here is the response I'm getting back. Something like this happened over the holidays as well and it took Zoho a few days to figure out the issue. Please let me know if anyone else has had this issue and knows what is wrong?
