Emails not recieved from certain senders - completely lost, no bounce

Hi,

Since last week, I have had a major issue whereby I am not receiving emails from certain people. I know of at least 2 people who I have spoken to on the phone as I didn't receive emails I was expecting. There could be more, but sadly I have no way of knowing.

There is no bounce back sent to the sender, so they assume that I received the email. No settings have changed on my side and no quota issues are present.


I know of 2 addresses which sent emails between last Thursday and today that did not come through.

One is  *******@xsitems.com
Another is *******.* ..abrahams@uk.pwc.com

Please advise urgently.
