I am testing your service to change from gmail to zoho. I am very much liking your interface but there are a couple of problems that are frustrating to me. I don't know if they are bugs or normal. They are:

Problem #1:

My emails will not thread (tree). I have tried FF 12 & IE 8 with no luck. I cannot find an option in settings to enable it. How do I fix this?

 

Problem #2:

Labels: I don't think my labels are working properly. I cannot find any instructions on how to manage them. What I am hoping zoho does is:
what I want: Drag an email in my inbox to a folder. Email then disappears in inbox but is now in label (folder) only.

What is happining: the inbox email remains in the inbox but also creates a duplicate copy in the folder. I am finding this confusing. Do I archive the inbox copy or archive the copy in the label/folder?

 

Is this normal or a bug???

 

Problem #3:
I see many times users requesting their account be unblocked as their emails will not send. I would like to request proactively that my account is unblocked so this does not happen to me. I am using zoho as my business email (testing it until I quit gmail 100%).
