Emails recorded on the contact's record sheet

i have already asked this question, but got no response, so i will try again.
before the in- and out- going messages sent from Zoho mail were recorded on the corresponding contact's record sheet, but it is not happening anymore. have you disabled this feature or there is procedure to enable it?
