We are using zoho crm for a few weeks now and really like it so far. We are now working on implementing the sales orders tab in our day to day working.
When inside a sales order, there is a email section at the bottom fo the sales order. We are not seeing any emails associated with the sales order. Our impression is the email address associated to the contact on the sales order, will have the emails show up that are sent to and received from that contact on the sales order.
This doesn't seem to be true.
Can someone help pls?
