Emails sent are identified as spam at recipient's end (Gmail)

Hi,

My emails from zoho mail via ad***@a******ns.com are going to spam if the recipient account is in gmail , I have already sent an email regarding this on support@zohomail.com . I have configured SPF and DKIM. Please escalate this issue as this is highly inconvenient .
