Emails sent from Campaigns look great everywhere except Microsoft Outlook

I'm new to Zoho and trying not to go crazy.  I have created a template and my header and footer look fantastic - the email looks great when I send it to Gmail, Yahoo, when I open it in my personal email provider's web portal, and even on my iPhone. The emails I send to my work email and open in Outlook are completely screwed up.  Of course my boss(es) only see this horrilble Outlook version....what gives?!

Specifically:

* Images are displayed huge (I added them to the library within Zoho Campaigns, even resized them DOWN, and they still blow up).

* And There are big spaces between paragraphs so the whole things gets "spacey" - HELP!
