Emails sent from Zoho CRM not syncing with Outlook
Greetings,
I started using the Zoho CRM Plug-in for Outlook recently to sync data from Outlook into Zoho and vice versa. Our organization is currently hosting emails on a MS Exchange 2007 server. Everything has been great, except that emails sent from Zoho are not syncing with Outlook. Emails sent from Outlook, on the other hand, are syncing correctly with Zoho.
We use both Windows 7 and Mac OSX operating systems in our organization. I understand that the plugin for Mac has some limitations and is not as robust as its Windows counterpart, but the behavior I described happens on both versions of the plugin.
Is there any way to sync emails sent from Zoho CRM with Outlook?
