Emails still missing from server outage - and can't check tickets.

Did I miss something? Did Microsoft buy zoho? It sure feels like it....
Folders are syncing again but I'm still missing messages from 10/2 through 10/12 in Outlook.
I submitted a ticket but when I go to view the request, my zoho log in fails. When I click reset password, the email never arrives.
