This issue has been ongoing for months now and because we love the Zoho mail system we've tried to work with it and we've even had a very helpful call from Zoho Customer Service....but we're still having issues.
Zoho is missing emails from Gmail. No particular pattern to these and whereas previously there would be 'failed delivery' report in Gmail, this isn't happening now so we can't see at a glance which emails are missed. (I suspect this is due to a change in Zoho?) We're having to check Zoho and our Gmail account. We very nearly missed a booking today.
I'm strongly suspecting there is no resolution to this, and although I hate the idea of heading to Outlook, we just can't trust the system. We have a number of gmail accounts going into Zoho and this is happening across a number of these.
Have Zoho identified why this is happening?
