In a multi-user Zoho environment, I share the Accounts with all users. Although all privacy settings are set correctly, I have found that when I send an email to an Account, via the CRM, that the emails are visible to other users.
Zoho's customer support's response was to send those emails via another email provider, such as Zoho mail. It would be much easier to simply click on the "Send Email" button on the contacts detail record, but I can live with it.
The major problem is when I send an email created as part of a workflow. These emails will be sent via the CRM email and therefore visible to all other users sharing the same account.
Any suggestions for a work around?
