Emails under my contacts are still going into my Spam

Emails under my contacts are still going into my Spam

Require assistance, I have few emails that I'd like to receive into my Inbox, I have already added the email address into my Contacts, and I have clicked "Not Spam" multiple times for the emails that have landed in my Spam, yet future emails are still going into my Spam.

Pls assist.
