I am exasperated at trying to get this issue resolved. I noticed that when I create an event and then add and send an email in Zoho CRM the email goes to all external email addresses (Yahoo, Gmail, hotmail, etc.) However, no one in my internal company network (including me) is receiving these emails. I have contacted Zoho CRM support through email and chat, we have white listed the two IP addresses given and the zohocrm.com domain still no difference, I even added the include:zohocrm.com to the spf1 and spf2 keys in our domain setup and still nothing. I was asked to give email details and CRM support would follow up and I still haven't heard back. This is unacceptable, is there not a solution you guys have for this, I am sure I can't be the only one that's experienced this issue. Essentially is no one in my organization will be able to receive email notifications for what happens in Zoho CRM we will need to end our subscription.
I would like to hear back ASAP!
