how to embed a form in an email that populates Zoho CRM cases?

I would like to send emails to a selected audience offering something.

In the same email the recipients - if interested - instead of replying to can fill in a Zoho CRM form that creates a case (web-to-case form?).

Is that possible? What html code?

Any suggestion would be very welcome
