embed form contacts doesnt work

Hi,

I'm new customer of Zoho. I'm trying to embed the code generated on Zoho CRM on my website. This is really very simple.
My problem is that I can't capture the contacts under Zoho after save the contacts on my website.
I follow all instructions on page help and nothing.

Please, can you help.
