Does anyone know of a solution for this: I want to send an email asking subcontractors for a response on an invitation to bid.

Is there a 'plugin' (Solution) we can embed in the email so they can click on and we will receive their reply as a returned email?:

'Yes - We Will Submit'

'No - We Will Not Submit'

'Unsure At This Time'
