Embedding Doc in an existing Webpage

Hi,

Is there a way that I could have an existing html template/shell page hosted on a site somewhere and then have the body/content embeded from a Z Writer document?

I'm exploring a way to simulate CMS functionality for a simple website, by having some pages designed and generated using photoshop, then having some of those pages embed some link somehow to display a page authored with Z Writer and hosted at Zoho or similar?

I guess I'm looking for the Z Creator form embedding idea, but not for forms......just for content.

Any ideas?
