Hello,

I've created a form for public use, and I've embedded it on our Wordpress site. Everything seemed to be working great, but I just noticed one item that will be a huge issue...

I have a video upload field where people can either send us a video file, or they can record from their webcam.  When testing out the form on its own (not embedded), everything works great - when I click to record a video I get the message saying that I need to allow the browser to have permission to use the webcam - I click the video icon in the address bar, update the settings and we're good to go. 

BUT - as soon as I embed the form into my Wordpress site, I still get the message that I have to grant permission to use the webcam, however there is no longer the icon that shows up in the address bar that allows me to change the settings.  

Just for clarity's sake, I'm including a graphic that I put together to help people know how to grant permission to use the webcam when using the form... of course, until I get this issue sorted out people won't be able to follow these instructions.

Any help is appreciated! 

NOTE: I'm not fluent in code... more of a WYSIWYG sort of person... so if there's code involved (and there probably is) please try to be detailed :)
