Embeding Image In Creator from URL of Image Using Deluge Script

I would like to be able to pull an image into my forms image field using it's URL by Deluge Scripting. Here is the URL of the image I want to pull in:

http://s3.amazonaws.com/gimages/san432/4169643/21826/Image_1_ae045da0-acb2-0131-847c-22000a1fb1c7.jpg

Is this possible?

In other words; I want this image to reside within Zoho Creator, not on another server.
