EMERGENCY BUG: Zoho just completely broke the API integration (again)

We have a couple of independent CRM accounts, and the API integration is completely broken as of around 12:00 GMT.

Note that one of these integrations has worked fine for over two years (except for other occasions where Zoho pushed code to production without warning that suddenly broke something).

This time, when attempting to generate a ticket, I get this error:





# #Thu May 19 08:13:08 PDT 2011 CAUSE=Maximum Concurrent User Tickets Limit Exceeded RESULT=FALSE

There is no mention of this error anywhere in the docs.  Moreover, the API documentation for ticket generation,  http://zohocrmapi.wiki.zoho.com/Generating-API-Ticket.html "strongly recommends" not generating a new ticket every time, but it doesn't prohibit it, nor does it specify what any sort of "maximum concurrent" number is, or the penalty for exceeding it.

As a result, we are totally dead in the water as far as the integration goes, and this is a MAJOR disruption in our business.
