"Empty Deleted Items" option does not work!

Zoho Mail team,

"Empty Deleted Items" option does not work and it throws the following error:

The server did not respond to this IMAP command before the connection was terminated.

Configuration:
   Account: Zoho (XXXX)
   Server: imap.zoho.com
   User name: XXXX
   Protocol: IMAP
   Port: 993
   Secure(SSL): 1
   Code: 800ccc0f
