Dear, I get confused reading all messages and could not find a proper answer of my problem.

I am the admin of the domain and could enable IMAP for my own account.

But when enabling IMAP for my wife eamil I get it changed to green. If I go back later to the configuration it is disabled... How do I permanent enable IMAP for all the users of the domain?
