Since approximately 9am on Friday 11/17/17, Zoho and Outlook 2016 no longer sync. I cannot receive or send emails through Outlook.
I keep receiving encryption errors stating that Outlook cannot synchronize, that there is an encryption problem, and SMTP problem, etc.
My IT support has investigated every possibility on our end to no avail. I am sure this is a Zoho problem and not an Xfinity/Comcast problem because 1) Internet service is working throughout my home on other devices and 2) Another email address that I have managed by the same Outlook 2016 program can send and receive mail without issue.
Please address and solve this problem ASAP because this is hurting my business.
