Engagement Management tool or app

I am a consultant (career and leadership coach) that sells B2B and B2B services. Following completing the Zoho CRM sales process application, does Zoho have or could develop a simple add-on project/engagement management tool that would help drive and document the one-on-one consultative process, simpler than the Zoho the project management tool does which appears to be far more involved or complicated than I require.
