Zia Next Best Experience is designed to facilitate this contextual communication.

Zia Next Best Experience studies the closed-won deals in your organization, understands how correspondences are handled at each stage, correlates the findings with your open deals, and displays suggestions inside a deal, as a widget.

What type of suggestions will Zia display?
Zia suggests three types of activities, each with a call-to-action button.
  1. Arrange a meeting
  2. Schedule a call

  3. Send an email

Thus, with these suggestions you can,
