Expand Zia's Language Support and AI Capabilities

Expand Zia's Language Support and AI Capabilities

Dear Zoho Desk Support,

I would like to submit a feature request to improve Zia, the AI-driven support assistant in Zoho Desk.

Currently, Zia only supports the English language, while other AI agents such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude can work with a wide range of languages. This limitation hinders the effectiveness of Zia in providing support to customers who prefer to communicate in languages other than English.

Additionally, it appears that the AI module powering Zia does not receive regular updates, unlike the AI models utilized by OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic. These companies are continuously improving their AI capabilities, which allows their respective agents to become smarter and more capable over time. In contrast, Zia seems to be lagging behind in terms of AI advancements.

I believe it is crucial for Zoho to take the necessary steps to keep Zia up-to-date and enhance its functionality to meet the evolving needs of modern customer service (I know that I can use a connector to OpenAI  - but this is not the way I think zoho should implement the AI solution inside zoho products).

Therefore, I would like to request the following improvements for Zia:
  1. Multilingual Support: Expand Zia's language capabilities, As any other AI module,  to support a wider range of languages, allowing customer support teams to provide assistance in the languages preferred by their customers.

  2. Regular AI Upgrades: Implement a process to regularly update and enhance Zia's AI module, ensuring that it keeps pace with the advancements in AI technology. This will allow Zia to offer more accurate analyses, better customer forecasting, and more effective solutions for support agents.

By addressing these areas, Zia can become a truly powerful and versatile AI assistant, empowering your customer support teams to deliver exceptional service to customers from around the world.

I appreciate your consideration of this feature request and look forward to seeing Zia's continued evolution.

Best regards,

Ram
