Zoho Docs now offers improved previews for all your files. You can now preview high resolution images, MS Office files, live streaming videos, and many more. The  improved toolbar gives you a consistent preview experience across all files, letting you share, print and download files, view files full screen, zoom-in and rotate images. We've also added support for more than 160 file formats. See what has changed for each file type.

Media files

Nothing is as annoying as a video that takes forever to play. Now you can preview live streaming videos with better playback speed. You can copy and share a video at any moment with Get video URL at current moment or capture single frames in a video with Snapshot. You can also view large image files better than ever.

Microsoft Office files

You can now upload and preview MS Office files with zero conversion. The option to convert files to Zoho format is now turned off by default.

However, you can edit files only by converting them to Zoho format. This will create a separate Zoho format copy of the file. The original MS Office document will remain intact.

PDF files

Now PDF previews load faster with better font rendering. By using page navigation, you can skip to specific pages and find the topic you're looking for in long documents. You can also switch to full screen mode or zoom in to read comfortably.

Developer files

Zoho Docs now supports 140 new formats of developer files. You can also copy codes from preview screens without having to open files individually.
