We have made the following enhancements in the portals feature:
Editing records added by other CRM users: The portal users will now be allowed to edit records, added by other CRM users, which are associated with them if they have the Edit (shared) permission. For example, if an account or a deal is associated with the portal user by any CRM user, then the portal user will be able to edit those records.
Access to subforms: The portal users will be able to create, edit, or delete values in subforms based on the permission.
View records associated to them in related lists: Portal users can view the records that are associated with them under the Related list. For example, if a deal or account is associated to a portal user, he can view and edit these details from the related list.
