Enhancement in the Lead to Potential Conversion Process

The latest update in Lead to Potential conversion process in Zoho CRM saves you a lot of manual work.

Now when you convert a lead to a potential, the conversion section automatically displays the mandatory fields of the Potential module. You will not be able to save the Potential unless you enter a value for the mandatory fields. 

Also, some field values will get pre-populated according to the mapping configured in the Leads Conversion Mapping section. You can edit the values if you wish to change them.

This way, besides ensuring that all the required fields for the Potential are filled, you can also save yourself the trouble of entering field values that are already available in the CRM database.
