We often attach a link on sales potentials to a folder on our storage drive (to save uploading large files to Zoho CRM), but the attachment link comes through with the name "Untitled" rather than the name of the folder. It would be much more useful if it either brought through the folder name, or allowed us to edit the name of the attached link.
