Scheduled Calls Displayed in Calendar
In addition to creating new events, you can now schedule outgoing calls from Calendar. It's quick and easy. You can schedule or re-schedule a call. You can also set a call reminder according to your preferences.

Import Option Introduced to Update List Prices of Products
Many a time, you may have one Price Book that applies to more than one product. Earlier, if you wished to update the list prices of products under one price book, you could only update them manually. Now you can update the list prices in one shot using the Import List Price option.

Workflow Automation updates
  • Custom Functions in Workflow Automation now have a freeflow scripting support. In addition to the script builder, which helps users without a programming background, Zoho CRM now extends free-flow scripting support as well. If you are familiar with programming and you prefer to write your own scripts for custom functions, you may now use this option. 


  • When you configure a workflow rule trigger based on a date-field value, there is an option by which the rule gets executed a few days before or after the chosen date. The limit for this rule trigger has now been extended from 20 days to 90 days. Now you can set the rule trigger so that an action is executed upto 90 days before or after the chosen date.
