Enhancements in Customization of Fields and Links

Customization of some special fields has gotten easier with a set of new enhancements in the user interface. Link customization has also become easier with an new modification in setting permissions. The details of the enhancements are as follows:

Field Customization
The UI for Stage-Probability mapping, Customize Tax Rates, Customize Contact Roles and Customize Campaign Member Status has been modified for ease of use.

Previously, these appeared as separate pages. Now they are designed to open as pop-ups.
Earlier, there was a separate column that allowed you to sort the order of the items. You had to number them correctly. Now in the new pop-up, you can simply drag and drop the items to rearrange them anytime. There is no need to number the items to sort them.
Earlier, you had to use Add/Delete link to add or delete an item. Now you can click the Add/Delete icons that appear when you point your mouse to an item.

Link Customization
Earlier, creating a link and granting permission to users to access the link were done in two places. You created a link under Customization and set permissions for those links under Users & Permissions. Now you can set permissions for the links at the time of creating the link in the same page. This saves you time, efforts and a lot of confusion.
