Zia recommendation and its benefits. We have made few updates to the features and here are the brief description of the same.
Recommendations for portal users
Zia's recommendations can be shown to the portal users. The admins can enable the type of recommendation that they want to show from the list: first time, repeat, relationship, bundle, or sequence.

Rename the types of recommendations
The types of recommendations in CRM are system-defined and can now be customized based on requirement. system-defined recommendations that is, first time, repeat, relationship, bundle, sequence can be renamed to one's preference.

Workflows based on recommendation
Automatic actions can be triggered on, after or before the recommendation with the help of workflow rules. This workflow is currently available for repeat type recommendation ONLY.

For example, you can send an SMS to the customer if Zia recommends a certain product.
