UI Improvements in Zoho CRM

Hello,

Today, I am pleased announce the following UI improvements in Zoho CRM: 
  • Edit and Delete options for Standard Reports - Earlier, you could edit and delete only the custom reports. Now, you can also edit the name, folder and description details of a report and also delete the predefined reports.






  • Create Reports  - While viewing a report you have the option to create a report.


  • Accounts Fields in Mass Actions - While using the Mass Update, Mass Delete, Mass Transfer option for Contacts, the Accounts related fields will also be shown the criteria section.


  • Date Fields - All date field calendars will have the option to set today's date.






  • Audit Log - When records are deleted from the Recycle Bin, an entry will be listed in the Audit Logs.


  • Data Backup - Now, you can also get the Inventory Line items (list of products) associated to a quote, sales order, invoices and purchase order as a part of complete back-up of your CRM data.


  • Emails from CRM - Earlier, when an email was sent from CRM, the email address would be displayed as the 'From Name' in the Mail Inbox. Now, instead of the email address, the name of the user whose email address is used will be displayed.
