We are excited to present to you, a set of latest enhancements in Motivator. These updates include UI-level improvements and customization options directed at helping you achieve better clarity with insights on your team's performance.

As you may already know, the Motivator Dashboard can be customized to include components of your choice such as KPIs, Targets and Games. Currently, these components only present an overview. With this enhancement, you can further drill down details and customize it by including the desired "Component Type" — that is, "By User", "By Trend", or "By Field". This will help you derive finer details faster, right from your Motivator Dashboard without having to navigate elsewhere, thus saving clicks, time and effort.

For instance, say you have included a KPI component called "Cases closed this quarter" on your Motivator dashboard. This will present an overview of this KPI on your dashboard, but if you wanted to find out who exactly closed the cases, you have to navigate to the KPI dashboard and the inner detail page for further information.

You can now edit an ongoing game to include new participants, add/modify rewards or criteria for winning. The game dynamics will change accordingly. The game data will also be computed automatically based on your configuration updates. Currently, the participants will not get a notification of the changes made as part of this enhancement, however, soon this is on our roadmap and will be supported at the earliest.

Currently, to learn more information about any componet, be it a KPI or a Target or a Game, you would have to "Edit" the details and look at the information. This is not exactly the most ideal way to present basic details.

In this enhancement, the manner in which basic information is presented has been improved with an "About" option on each component.
