Enhancements to the Timer

When using the timer I see a couple of improvements that could be helpful for all users:

The ability to pause / resume so you don't have lots of entries when taking breaks or alternating between tasks/projects; for example.
When fully stopped, the app shows the time log entry window to give the user the ability to enter comments and store them along with the time log entry. That way the user doesn't have to edit the log to add actual comments about the work done.
