We have one question. 

I just imported our clients in ZOHO. That all works fine. How can I add enriched info about our customers on a montly basis into the excisting database? 

 
We have a callcenter calling for us. Every month this call center sends us an excelsheet with extra info about our customers which we would like to add to the current clients info. Is that possible with a batch upload or something?
